健康 & 幸福
Mental 健康 Includes Everyone’s
Emotional, psychological, 和 social well-being.
It affects how we think, feel, 和 act.
It helps determine how we h和le stress, relate to others, 和 make choices.
Unfortunately, stigma can be attached to mental health problems. This means that people feel uncomfortable about them 和 don’t talk about them much. Many people don’t even feel comfortable talking about their feelings. But it’s healthy to know 和 say how you’re feeling. Too often, people feel afraid to admit that they are struggling with their mental health. This fear of prejudice 和 judgement stops people from getting help 和 can destroy families 和 end lives.
